Shipping Policy - Inspiration Mushroom

1.Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will see the package information after the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

All orders are delivered via international courier. Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 15 business days after processing (excluding weekends/holidays).                                 

Processing Time: Allow 1-3 business days for order preparation before shipping.           

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and begin to run after the order has been processed (1-3 business days). Transit times may vary due to customs, weather or carrier delays, especially for international shipments.

3. Order Tracking

If order information is not updated within 5 business days, please contact us at tangyifeng121@gmail.com.

4. Shipping Delays

Although rare, delays caused by carriers (weather, customs, etc.) are beyond our control and we will assist in resolving the issue.

5. Parcel Loss

Lost in transit: Contact us after 15 days (international) from the last tracking update. We will reship the package or issue a refund.

6. Returns and Damaged Items 

Damaged in transit: Send photos of the damaged item/package to tangyifeng121@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you.   

Returns: Please see our Return Policy for details. Unless it is our fault, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
